Meet in Santa Cruz de Turrialba
Arrive in Santa Cruz de Turrialba. Check in with your guides and get fitted with your gear — harness, helmet and rappelling equipment.

Safety Briefing & Rappel Practice
Before the first drop, your certified guides walk through rappel technique, safety signals and what to do at each stage of the canyon. Everyone practices the basics on land first.

Six Waterfall Rappels
Descend six waterfalls through the canyon, moving at a steadier pace than our beginner routes as your guides set up the ropes at each stage.

Four Jumps & Three Waterslides
Between rappels, take on four jumps into deep pools and slide down three natural rock chutes carved by the river.

Trail & Snack Break
Along the 2-kilometer route, pause on the trail for a snack — a chance to catch your breath before the final stretch.
